Mrs. Ezinne Adelaja
Mrs. Ezinne Adelaja has over twenty years of experience in basic education management. Her parents owned a co-educational institution where she worked during long vacations from a young age.
This practice sparked off her interest in grooming young minds to become godly global leaders.
Ezinne has a degree in accountancy, post graduate diploma in education, a degree in global health management, early childhood education, parenting and teen mentoring to mention a few.
She started Crystal County Schools Lagos in 2009 and co-runs it with her husband. She is the educational director and Head of curriculum development. She is Director, Strategic Planning at Deputy Marshal Security Limited, Lead Recipe Curator at Supercilious Kitchen, serves on the Board of Paxton International School Lagos, I teach for change foundation and a member of the Advisory board of Geewave Limited.
Her role in the different organizations is to support and hold leadership accountable for realizing the improvement plans while fulfilling their vision.
Her educational vision centers around working with all stakeholders at ensuring an amazing learning community that empowers students holistically. She adopts the powerful strategy of leadership by example and believes it is crucial, as a leader, to ensure all members of her school’s learning community’s wellbeing is prioritized.
She holds that given the right conditions, all learners have the potential to succeed and reach their goals.
